COLLEGE FUNCTIONS & STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES:

It is mandatory for students to attend all functions of the College viz. College Annual Day, Sports Day, Union Day etc. Airconditioning of the auditorium will be completed by March 2007.

COLLEGE ANNUAL DAY:

Annual Day is celebrated every year in the month of March/April. Degrees are awarded to the successful Graduates/Post Graduates and awards are also given to the meritorious students. A report containing highlights of achievements of the Institution is distributed on this occasion.

CINE CLUB:

Director Prof. J. M. Kaul is the Staff Advisor for Cine Club of the College.

CERTIFICATE COURSE IN YOGA:

The College organizes Yoga classes as a part of practicai training for certificate course of Yoga through National Open School in collaboration with Vishwa Bharati Yoga Sansthan, Delhi-110092. Last date of application is 30th June and 31st December every year. If adequate number of students take admission then other faculty, staff members and students are permitted to avail the facility without any fees. For further information contact Dr. G.K. MAMCOS:

Maulana Azad Medical College Old Students’ Association was formed in the year 1971. Every year a grand get-to-gether is organised. Maulanian Silver Jubilee Trust organises scientific programmes and career guidance sessions.
